Anderson Orchard

Today we had an awesome fall day! First, we went to ride bikes at Southeastway Park then we headed over to Anderson Orchard and picked our own apples (and ate a carmel apple). The only thing that would have made it better is if Brayden could have gone with us! We didn't read the signs until afterward - I guess we weren't supposed to climb the trees - oops! But it was so fun! Takes me back to when I was a kid - I LOVED to climb trees (and make tents in them). As you can see - Brianna really enjoyed it too!

Afterwards, we made mini apple pies - yummy!

Soccer and Dance

Brianna started an Intro to Dance class at the YMCA - it's pretty cute!

Brayden is doing pretty well at soccer! He had an awesome game on sunday - scored 2 goals and was a great team player. Number 4 is Ryan - a kid in his class at school and he also goes to Indian Creek:)

Brayden without training wheels!

Last weekend Brayden decided that he was going to try to ride his bike without training wheels (after seeing his friends doing it)! He practiced again tonight and is doing really well - especially since this is only the second day he's worked on it! Here's a short video! (This is a huge deal for Brayden - all summer he kept saying he was going to wait until next summer to try! I am so proud of him!)

Brianna's first day of preschool!

Last week Brianna started preschool! So far she seems to really enjoy it! It's so different sending her to school! She just looks so little walking out of the classroom! Evan is in her class along with a few other siblings of kids that were in Brayden's class last year. Here's a picture of her leaving the classroom (Mrs. Bland is wearing yellow). Allen County Fair - Ohio

A couple weeks ago we went to Ohio to celebrate Gary's mom's retirement. All the kids and grandkids were there. We all slept in the same house together - and we all managed to survive (and even have fun)!

Brianna went to the dentist for the first time a few weeks ago... She did great! (Who would have thought she would ever let anyone touch her mouth! As a baby she would scream if we touched any part of her face/head!)
